All Civone garments are made to order. As a result, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or preference-based decisions.
We recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before placing your order. All submitted measurements must be accurate.
Returns are accepted only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, subject to assessment and approval by our team. In this case, we might ask for an unboxing Video of the order to make the best possible decision.

Store Credit
If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.
Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Alterations
One complimentary round of alterations is offered per order.
Requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping costs for alterations must be borne by the customer.
Complimentary alterations apply only to reasonable fit adjustments and do not include design changes, major size modifications, or damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care.
