Shipping & Customisation Policy

At Civone, each garment is made to order to ensure precision in construction and fit. We produce intentionally, rather than mass-manufacturing.

Production Timeline  

10–12 working days from confirmation of submitted measurements.

Delivery Timeline  

Once dispatched, delivery within India typically takes 3–5 working days. Tracking details will be shared via email.

Shipping Charges  

- India: Complimentary shipping on first dispatch  

- Alterations: Shipping costs must be borne by the customer  

- International: Please contact us before placing your order. Import duties, delivery charges, customs fees, and local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Civone is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier services, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.  

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Customisation Policy

We offer limited customisation to maintain design integrity while allowing refined adjustments.

 

Length Adjustments  

Garment lengths may be increased or reduced by up to 4 inches from the original design without any extra charges.

Adjustments beyond this range will incur additional charges.  

All requests must be confirmed at the time of order placement.

 

Design Adjustments  

Minor refinements (such as slit reduction, closing cuts, or slight neckline changes) may be accommodated and may incur additional charges.  

Major structural changes affecting silhouette, construction, or fabric will be assessed separately. Civone reserves the right to decline requests that compromise the original design.
